Aweful. It's been a year or two of having to jump through cyber hoops to get my pass to work and claim, or see for that matter, any rewards I have. I'm at a theme park and cant relax or have fun because I cant get the things I payed for to work. The app should facilitate and doesn't. I'm writting this from the guest services line because once again, the app has failed.

4/2018 - This new version is terrible and not helpful compared to the previous version. If you are not new to the park, it is not worth the download. 8/2024 - Years later, and I try the app again. Still not that great. I still get the "unexpected error" when I try to look at the park schedule or other pages. Your passes are not saved on the app, it links you to the website where you have to log in to get your pass info. It is best to just take a screenshot of your passes.

This app has so many constant errors to the point that you can't even use it for its intended purposes. For example, you can't upload your passes to the app for use, you can't check times for dining, you have to download menus instead of just seeing it on the app (which is a problem if you are low on space) and almost anywhere you go in the app, you will be met with the message "unknown error." This app is absolutely terrible; it's as if nobody bothers to upkeep it.
